Lucy Grace Yaldezian has been helping people make good shift happen in their lives since 1992. She combines extensive training and experience in medical hypnotherapy, inner child work, past-life regression, guided imagery and indirect hypnosis with commitment, caring and compassion. Through her San Ramon-based business, A Higher Perspective, Lucy offers many avenues for personal and professional excellence.

In private practice, she specializes in working with panic and anxiety problems. Her signature technique, "Essential Healing," facilitates a dialogue with different parts of the subconscious mind to shed remarkable new light on acute and chronic physical and emotional conditions.

Lucy taught Medical Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Healing at the Center for Hypnotherapy Certification, Oakland, California, for nine years.

Hours by appointment Tuesday through Friday, 10 am until 5:30 pm.

Fees: $200 each for sessions one and two. Subsequent sessions: $150. Sliding scale available. Blue Cross Healthy Extensions discount when applicable. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Most clients get when they need in 4-6 sessions. Smoking cessation averages 1-3 sessions.
